Reminding ourselves 

Activities arranged by Frifors are primarily intended as a reminder
of that which we all somewhere inside have always known to be true.

We live in a world that often propagates for values and ideas
that only create more conflict, suffering, and separation.
We become easily influenced by, and pulled into a way of thinking that supports an "us against them" attitude.
Deep down we know that there is only one life that embraces all of us
and expresses itself in an unending variation of form through our amazingly unique personalities.
We all belong to the same life!

In today´s society there seems to be a magnetic force
that sucks us away from our genuine and truth selves.
We easily forget who we are and what matters.

Participation in our program is a way to remind ourselves and each other
about what is most important in life.
It is an invitation to expose and fall into that which often resides under the surface,
that which unites us and which we all have in common.
Call it what you will...Love, Presence, God, or simply Life.
When we meet together in this spirit, we give nourishment and support to the finest we have
and anchor ourselves even deeper into this life. .

Here we are 

Some say the reason for anything
is simply due to everything else
and every action creates ripples
that merge together and become waves.
I´ve heard it said our days are numbered
and the writing´s clearly on the wall
or is it so that loving kindness
picks us up no matter how hard we fall?
I say a man is at his best
when no one needs him to be good.

anyway here we are
swallowed by the unknown

that´s good enough for me.

There is so much for one to believe in
and so many good questions to ask
but to be honest
I have only one answer…
what to say, I don´t know
I really don´t know…
not today and probably not tomorrow.

who can say how it all came to pass
which way, and just what needs to be done

with nothing to hold onto
as the river gently flows
and as life carries us along effortlessly
what is it we need to know…
and can we let go
into that which can´t be known

by someone who wants to know it?

Perfect Step

In the long and wide perspective
I could fall in and disappear
and if you don´t try to find me
you may just find that I´m still here
sitting right beside you
in love we are the same
you´ll surely recognize me
but you´ll no longer know my name
and what we have in common
is that life force shining from our eyes
the one that celebrates no birthday
you know the one that never dies
in the long and wide perspective
there´s room for everyone and everything somehow
there´s a long and wide perspective
that´s only here right now
that´s always here right now

In the long and wide perspective
there´s nothing that I need to do
I have no plans to make things different
no problems that need attending to
no one with honorable intentions
to make things the way they really ought to be
no one with incompleted business
cause´ no one´s been set free
in this new day dawning
there´s nothing that I hope to find
life´s meaning´s welcome to surprise me
and lift my heart into my mind
still birds sing a morning song
about everything neither right nor wrong
this life I live inside of
takes a perfect step each time
such a perfect step each time
now get out of the way….
